Vogori collects personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The categories of personal data that may be collected include: full name, email address, telephone number, and any information voluntarily provided by the data subject in the content of correspondence or inquiry forms submitted via the website vogori.info. Vogori does not collect special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited may also be collected automatically when you use the website, subject to your cookie preferences.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

Personal data submitted through the contact form on this website is processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries and arranging consultations regarding Vogori's programs and services. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests of the data controller in communicating with prospective clients). Where cookie-based data is collected subject to your consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Vogori does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

4. Data Retention

Personal data collected via the contact form is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In practice, inquiry data is retained for a period of up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established, in which case data is retained for the duration of the contract and for the period required by applicable Polish tax and accounting law, which may be up to 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the relevant transaction occurred. Technical and analytical data collected via cookies is retained in accordance with the retention periods specified in the Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Vogori does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to service providers who process data on behalf of Vogori under appropriate data processing agreements, including providers of email hosting, website hosting, and analytical tools. Where such providers are located outside the European Economic Area, Vogori ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Vogori may also disclose personal data where required to do so by applicable law or by a competent public authority.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
